Looking at my watch

I was busy doing some things and began to wonder how much time had elapsed. I glanced at my watch and saw the time displayed, thus providing an answer to my question.

    i wanted to know what time it was once. i also decided to look at my watch but i realised that i didnt have one. i didnt know what to do. then without noticing i had looked at my phone to see how much time had passed.

    Once, while riding a train on the Jubilee Line I accidentally looked at someone’s watch. I remember the date was the twenty fourth. I have forgotten the time.
